Our culinary creation reflects the multicultural mix of Malaysia, Japan, and Canada's diverse and authentic cuisines as well as a long history of political and economic influences composed of many nationalities. Every piece is handcrafted to create foods with flair using non-industrialized methods as we embrace healthy eating and minimal footprint. What we bring to the table is authentic, fine and fresh (as local as it gets) ingredients.

It all started with our founder, an enthusiastic hobbyist armed with the little knowledge taught by experienced, working chefs and experts in the food industry in New England, and with her mom's traditional culinary experiences, she began experimenting Asian flavors in Canada. Years later, she finds herself making these foods in our shared commercial kitchen with a team who shares her roots and cultures and catering to loyal clientele who embraces international cuisines with authentic flavors.
